Whistle noise in steering

I bought a 2013 nissan altima. During the signing of the paper work we brought attention to the dealer about a whistle noise in the steering. They said they would take care of the whistle. We made an appointment on Monday to have the problem fixed. Dealer came back on same day and said it was normal. I told them it cant be normal, the noise is annoying and coming from a brand new car with less then 500 miles. We want it fixed. If i knew it was a normal noise, i wouldnt have bought the car. Im really disappointed.
