We ordered a new handle for our vacuum and when it arrived on 7/10 we realized we had ordered the wrong part. We contacted Dyson and arranged to return the part at our expense and they would ship the correct part. The correct part was $22 less than the original part that we had paid for. We returned the incorrect part and Dyson acknowledge they received it 7/18. They also acknowledged that they owed us a refund of $22. Two and a half months and 4 very frustrating phone calls later, we still do not have that refund. Each time we call we are promised they will handle it, but they don't. Today I called and, refused to hang up until they let me talk with someone who has the authority to handle this today and have the owed money back in my account within 24 hours. After an hour, I ws told that that person, supposedly her name is Dreama, doesn't ever take calls. I have yet another promise that the money will be in our account @ 10/10. Yeah, right. It is not even about the lousey $22, but I refuse to let Dyson have my money when they aren't entitled to have it and to treat me as a customer in this way.
