As seen on tv extorted money from my credit card

My mother asked me to order her a natural book to prevent bugs in your home / garden, this is not an issue since i order many things online. I quickly got on the computer and attempted to order her books for her, somehow at the checkout it became clear that i had odrered 2 sets in what i thought was my error

I immediately called the company to see what order i had place, was told that it could take up to 48 hours for a order to show up, i called again 2 days later, and was told that no order existed.in an attempt to retrieve the products my mom wanted i attempted to reorder, but began to realize the error was not mine because the same thing happened, two sets were ordered. I called the next day both orders existed and were already shipped

When i called to get some answers wouldn't you know they wanted to give me money off, because not only did my order exist one day later but had already been shipped, and i can call back when it arrives. On that call back, they told me too bad i would have to pay to get it shipped back, when i asked to speak to a manager, no that can't happen either, but i could sit by the phone and wait for 2 days for someone to contact me
