I tired to order a book, but got a " SERVER ERROR REQUEST COULD NOT BE AVAILABLE "message. So I figured I guess I wont buy it. Couple days later I get an email stating that I ordered 4 books - 2 have already shipped and 2 are still pending. I called 1800 number... Got told they cant do anything and I have to wait till all books show up and then I can return them toget my money back... I got charged on my card $ 111.92 and never got any books. My bank says I have to wait until 8/9 to get a disputed refund because this company said they shipped them out to me.

My account is now overdrawn because these company charged me for 4 books I did not order!!!
