Was on the internet looking for microsofts free ant-virus when i came across the pc cleaner pro and was led to believe that the scan that they provided was free. As i proceeded in to the set up they told me it cost to have any problem that you had in your computer to have it taken out. I called the number above asked for help to install and scan my system and the tech went in by remote and showed me errors and virus' in my registry. He told me i would have to get a microsoft tech to get the problems out, and connected me with one. He told me it was going to cost me $400.00 to fix it. So i contacted the manufacturer had them do a complete recovery on the system the scanned it for me and said the problem was taken care of. When they did the recovery it took the scanner that this other place had downloaded into it out. So i was trying to get my money back because the scanner and virus protection they put in weren't there anymore.
