Cold called me and said I was being over charged for my mortgage and given unfair fees, charges etc and that I should make a claim. Said I needed to pay £960 up front for their services which would be deducted from my credit card within a few days of the phonecall. I foolishly gave them my credit card details over the phone. That night i changed my mind and decided to cancel the credit card payment, but found it was irreversible. I immediately sent a letter by guaranteed next day delivery to the company saying I wanted to cancel the agreement which they received within two days of the initial phonecall. I also telephoned them to cancel the agreement. However £960 was taken from my account anyhow on 28 august. I have still not had any refund despite several calls
