I purchased a Nikon lens from AJRICHIES.com. This lens was supposed to be new. When I received it the box was plain carboard non Nikon packaging. There was no Nikon original documentation or warranty info. I am not sure yet if this is stolen, recondictioned or what but not NEW as stated. I tried to return and the return fees make it impossible. Customer service is pathetic. I indicated I still wanted to return and was promised an email stating the process. Guess what? Yep no email. I highly advise everyone to not do business with AJRICHIES.com. They have a lot of poor ratings and anything higher than that I would imagine they created theirselves. This is a very deceitful company that is totally unwilling to support a customer after the sale. Also they added a 20.00 handeling stating it was in the fine print.
