On the 20th September I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 on line from Sams Trading Ltd for £379.99 payning by credit card. Delivery was stated as 10 days from receipt of payment. Since I have not received any replies to my e-mails on the subject nor was I able to speak by telephone I deceided to report the transaction to my credit card company. They advised that Sams Traders had refunded the £379.99 but then debitted a further £4700 (the exact amount unknown
