Wet, unclean bathroom Facility & uncaring attendent

Upon using the bathroom facility, the floor was soaking wet. Water was pouring through the working exhaust fan in the ceiling. The toilet was unclean, unflushed and all surfaces looked as if no one had cleaned it for weeks. Upon mentioning this to the only employee, he had a stupid smile asif to say "Who Cares?' Not him apparently.
