This all started back on april first 2012 with a text from t mobile saying due to recent upgrades in the t mobile system your acount is no longer in an area serviced by t mile the same day my phones started being suspended and i would call t-mobile and they said i was suspending them this happend all that day i called the next morning and talked to a manager as im on the phone with him my phones wore being suspended and asked him where from he told me first at a store then he told me on line i was told i could get out of my contract with no termination fee because of what happend my husband was in florida on bussines and could not have his phone being shut of when talking to customers. I even received a text that said Thank you for your recent call to t-mobile after reviewing your acount you will not be imposed a termination fee. Then to receive a bill i called them this letter was dated june 4th they told me to go to t-mobile store the next morning i received another text saying i would not be charged a termination fee but went to t-mobile store talked to manager showed her the text i received she told she has worked there 8 years and had never seen anything like this she said again i need to call them and send a letter witch i did two pages long to receive a letter back saying they would not let us out of our contract i have filed with BBB there is so much more it would take all day to explain like t-mobile told me i moved to vegas i have lived in this house for 5 years and been a good customer for around 7 years they did not try to help me in any way so very disapointed with them at one point asked them for a tapped conversation i had with them told me it would take a couple of days and i never hurd back from them. Today Oct 1 my husband received a email from credit score we have always had perfect credit. If you could help us in any way we would appericiated. Yours truly Darlen Marion.
