I ordered parts from this website for my vehicle. The website had a database that automatically matched compatible parts to the type of vehicle you select. When i received the parts, they did not fit on my vehicle so I sent back for a refund. One thing this company does is they claim about 50% of the total sale as "shipping charges". I was only issued a 50% refund because they said it was a "customer error", and the other 50%, the "shipping charge" will not be refunded. This was obviously not an error on my behalf. I selected the right vehicle in their database that I own. The parts they sent me were not compatible. I have found many complaints online written about this company and their unethical business practices.
