First of all, they did take this "debt" they have not proven is mine, and put it against my credit report. I called the agency, and all their representatives are outsourced from India, and you can hardly understand them. Even though the debt is not validated, I offered a settlement just to have it removed from my credit report. They would not take the settlement. The bill was $400, and they would only take $200, and not a penny less. I can't believe agencies like this are allowed to ruin people's credit with unvalidated debts, and it is legal!!! This company needs to be shut down and audited.
