Account closed after helping friend cash a check, funds held

I was paid last night they closed my account cause I tried helping a friend cash check we thought it was good check but month later they decide i threat to there bank I never took one dime from this bad check cause I wanted to be sure check was good first
but any how they kept my check closed my account said i cant get nothing till they mail me my check on Wednesday
but golly they want there money they want it yesterday I wanted my money i had to wait 5 days kinda deals this
