Ferroli DOMIcondens F, was installed on 09/01. Was given two year warranty. It has a manufacturing fault on 27/09.

They refused to repair unless i pay for servicing it with them, even though it is under warranty. They say warranty was made invalid by me not servicing and recording it. How was i to know, they did not state it anywhere.
