This company preys on families with new homes, they told my husband and i both to get coverage paying $175 total monthly and after 7 years and hearing alot of complaints i decided to call and ask about a cash recoupment because i wanted to go with another company, the rep was very rude and matter-of-fact-like and told me that i would only get $300 back after paying $14,000 dollars, its a RIP-OFF and they sure as hek don't tell you that when they're selling it to you..
