MY 5 kids and I was burned out of one of his apts due to fualty wiring in the unit. I lost everything back in 1998. There was no smoke alarms in the apt. I almost lost my kids. I still have pictures

Well back in 1998 it was August 30 about 4 something in the morning. I was awaken by the sound of glass breaking. When I opened my bedroom door. There was fire coming down the hall way where the 2 rooms were. I went into my kids room to wake them up. All 5 of them would not wake up. I had to kick the screen off there window. Thank god we was on the first floor. I had to toss them out the window. Once they hit the cold dirt they was crying and very shaken just as I was. The fire was caused by fualty wiring behind the stove. And there was no smoke alarms in the apts. I had been telling management for the longest time that my stove was controling my lights. She would say someone will come and look at it. All the maintanace guy did was went outside checked the breaker box and said it was good. It wasn't good. My apt cought fire. I lost everything. My furniture, all my kids baby pictures that can't never be replaced. Me and my kids where truamatized by the whole situation. I feel he should compensate us for our loss, pain and mental truama we go through everyday. I have the pictures I took that day and the original fire report..
