After I was burned out of 1415-17 Capitol Avenue, I had no place to go. Let me remind you how the fire started. As you may recall, I smelled fire while I was typing this newsletter. I was working on the newsletter for over an hour and was tired. My anxiety level was high and only immediate sleep eases it, so I was anxious to take my recuperative nap. But I continued to witness an aura of smoke. I looked at my ash tray, and found I has smoked and left a lit cigarette in it. Ah, I said, this must be where the smoke was coming from. Then I also noticed I left a skillet on the stove and forgot to shut off the stove, so I concluded the smoke I was witnessing came from those two sources.

I was about to take my nap and was getting very tried when I decided to ask a neighbor to check out the smoke. I went next door, and asked my neighbor to verify if I smelled smoke.

On the back staircase, I was feeding a small animal I found.in all my years at this address, I never found any animals such as this possum at my door. I fed it and kep it for several weeks. I also had two beautiful cats. When my neighbor checked out the house, he too was bewildred and could not find any fire. I would have checked out the first floor unit, which was vacant, but the new owners took possession of it. The house had been foreclosed in a dubious manner.

I was denied access to the first floor. When I pleaded with Judge M. Who replaces Judge Cocco, to allow me access to the first floor, as if there was a fire in the house, I, as the only person living there, had to have access to ascertain if a fire originated there or so I argued. The judge replied: "If there's a fire. So there's a fire. "Access was denied.

There was a fire, three days later. My neighbor had searched the premises and could not find a fire until he opened the back door, where the posum was staying, and when he saw the smoke coming from the basement, it was comimg up so strongly that he said to me, " George, let's get the h-out of here!" I reached for the posum but had no time to take it with me to save it, or so I thought.

After the fire was put out, a fire chief came and informed me it was a set fire. I was sitting there and in a state of shock. I didn't get the fire chief's name. But he told me that it was a set fire and by my calling right away, the fire department was able to save the house as there wa no structual damage. I was anxious to save the posum or see what had happened to it as I felt that it must have died in the fire. To my surprise, I found the posum alive and well. I released it and figured it would find his way back home.

I had to seek shelter and the Red Cross was a big help. At the same time, Quatrella & Rizio, LLC were making motions to the court. I informed the court of the fire and of my plight but the motions wemt forward. ROB WILOC (?) is the foreclosoure clerk and I didn't trust him as he told me I didn't have to be at the hearings BUT I wanted the judge to know about the fire. Later, I was told that I had to be at the hearings and the judge was not aware of the fire as ROB never informed him.

Quatrella & Rizio came into the deal after the foreclosure with more fees and more motions after the foreclosure was complete. They were out of the deal but came back on the pretense of asking for more fees as the lawyer for the buyers, asked them to interject themselves. They were out of it but the buyers could not gat SUMMARY Judgment which they needed. So they bought Quatrella & Rizio and Mr. GOLGER back into the deal to get it for them.

That's Bridgeport for you. Not only is the Mayor corrupt as was his predeccesor but it seems the COURTS are corrupt too. That was the impression I got.

I have been trying to contact the BRIDGEPORT FIRE DEPT for several months now and all I get is placed on HOLD. They know all about the deal and the fire and are giving me the run around. WHY?

There was not a word in Conecticut Post about the fire, not a word.

All e-mail to city employees by me have been blocked to me.

I want the STATE FIRE MARSHALL to Investigate the above.

So far, no one seems to care as this is BRIDGEPORT, CT, the most corrupt city in the nation.
