They called me and told me I had to pay to keep my windows on my computer running. I refused, they shut my computer down. After a while they called back to tell me they would turn it back on if I paid, so I did. Then it was running again. At 10:40 last night they called to tell me something was in my computer soft wear and it would crash if I didn't pay 249.00. I didn't pay. My husband and the man that works on the computers where my husband works looked them up on the computer and found they are a scam. If I could get my 204.00 back that would be great. I closed my credit card that I used and would love for something to be done about this. Today my computer is not working right, so I guess they are crashing it. Thank you
