I ordered 'free' trial samples of these skincare products which were advertised through facebook. All I had to pay for was delivery. However, without my knowledge I have now been 'subscribed' to receive the products monthly at a cost of $200 per month approx ($98 each). This amount has been debited from my bank account.

Further, as I live in the UK, the items didn't arrive for three weeks and I have to pay import/admin costs of £19 for each package just to collect it. As such, I haven't collected them and therefore don't even have the items.

When I have called the customer services number this is what happens: They tell you they can't cancel the subscription - it has to be confirmed??? If you ask to speak to a supervisor they are on the phone to someone else. No, you can't wait on hold. Then they either cut you off, or pretend there's a problem with the line/technical difficulty with their computer etc, basically anything to prevent any progress or resolution on the issue. I have been cut off/hung up on four times today. At this point, I am basically being not allowed to cancel the subscription I didn't even (knowingly) sign up to.
