I ordered a sample of this. I did not receive any delivery note or terms or conditions with the packages and I have just found out that they have taken money out of my account without authorisation nor did I sign up to a subscription. My bank could not stop the transaction but said that they would dispute this so I am in limbo apparently it is up to me to cancel this subscription!? How can I cancel something I havent subcribed to. I am going to contact the company and speak to the bank again!
