I ordered the trial samples of Sylk Skin and Vitalyze at http://sylkskin.org / I did not even receive the sample of Sylk Skin and I had to pay $21.00 to pick up the Vitalyze sample from the Post office. I was then charged $79.00 for more Sylk Skin which was unauthorized and I never received that product either. I have called and emailed and spoke to a supervisor and I still have not received a refund or an email confirming that I have cancelled my “account” with them. People need to know that they are taking advantage of consumers.
