D S Marketing
Dead Sea Beuaty Kits Fraud & misrepresentation

Miscellaneous

We were shopping on-line at Costco Warehouse and a new window appeared asking us to take a survey on our Costco shopping experience. We were promised a free gift for completing the survey. The gift was a Dead Sea Beauty Kit and we were required to pay only the shipping of $5.99. We were not aware of any further obligation, and still believed we were dealing with Costco. We gave our debit card number to pay the shipping charge. A week or so later, we received the beauty kit, and shortly thereafter, our bank account was debited $ 89.95 and noted it was "recurring", meaning they intended to continue debiting our account. We immediately contacted our bank and filed a fraud report. We also filed a fraud report with our local sheriff's office. They said they were familiar with D S Marketing. Now, our bank, Wells Fargo, is starting to waffle on the refund, saying we probably "misunderstood" the offer, or "clicked on the wrong button." We contacted Costco and they stated this offer is not affiliated with their company, nor do they have any knowledge of it. This is pure fraud.
