Helpcon helppconline called me up on approximately tuesday 9th august claiming they were from microsoft and the male voice souned indian. He said "i want to speak to mrs?" and i said "speaking" and he said that "you have a serious fault on your computer, log on now". So i logged on my computer and he did something from remote control and took my credit card details and scammed me out of one hundred and eighty five punds sterling... Now they keep phoning me every other day and sometimes every day asking to speak to mrs? And my name is not mrs so they keep phoning, they are pretending to call from microsoft, they dont give their name or phone number when my dad asked them. They are an absolute nuisance and the police dont do anything to stop these scamms... I am very upset and very angry with these indian helpconpconline they even put their helpline calling card icon on my computer... I have deleted the helpcon helppconline calling card from my control panel... But i got another phone call from helpcon indian guy claiming to be from microsoft on friday 21st september time at 18:29 and they had the audacity to ring back again the next day on saturday 22nd september time at 11:30 am when my parents told them not to ring back and that i was out. I want these pests to stop phoning me and the useless police to catch these scam criminals and actually get them arrested. But the useless police do nothing for innocent people... They still keep on phoning me...
