Landlord refuses to take c are bof spider infestation in what i now found to be an illegal garage conversion with many health and safet hazards. Landlords are no takeing away ovben when rent has already been paid and entering residence without notice. Air conditioning is not turned on purposely even when it reaches 100 degrees.
