Attn All Landlords and/or creditors,

Whatever you do, DO NOT rent to or accept checks from Manuel Ulibarri Jr of Albuquerque NM. He is a con artist and a liar. He owes me rent for the month of December and is no where to be found.

I am admittedly a new landlord and very 'green' with regards to this industry, and this guy must've really seen me coming. Apparently this is what he 'does' for a living.

Word to the wise, check out www.metrocourt. State. Nm.Us which holds the public records of all criminal and civil cases before entering into a tenant agreement with anyone in NM. It could save you fortune.
