My company is relocating me out of this state. Gateways is charging me $1,780.00 just to break this lease, and this includes a 60 day notice! All other apartment complexs in this area only charge a reletting fee of approx. 85 percent of one months rent and this ususally ends up being around $400.00-500.00. This apt. (Gateways) is totally unreasonable.
Additionally, the remote for the gated area to my parking space stopped working when I requested a working remote I was told there would be a $75.00 charge for this.
