I ordered a pair of Oakley gascan sunglasses on 8/18 from eBay. The order was canceled by eBay due to a violation of some sort and I was refunded my payment. The item that I ordered arrived today and is an obvious counterfeit. I do not want to be held accountable for payment of a counterfeit item and I would like to know what I need to do to protect myself.
