Approved for 2 housing loans, after numerous calls found out houses had already been sold. Every time a call was made got the run around. I have constantly asked for my down payment and to date I have not received it. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau (in New York) was sent on September 5. No response yet. Can you please help-I just want my money back.
