Miscellaneous

I have been scammed by this company. I was approved for a $8,000 loan and told that a security deposit was needed in the amount of $1,284.00. I was also told that if I had the money sent by Western Union (on Nov. 3rd) that I would be refunded $84.00 for sending the money. After I made the transaction, the next business day (Nov. 4th), I received several phones calls. When I placed the call to the CEO, he stated that I needed to pay an additional $1,200 for the loan. At that time, I told him that I would not send any more money. Also, I told him that it seemed like something was not quite right. At that time, he became very defensive and I told him that I wanted my money back. He then stated that I couldn't get my money back until November 15th. I told him that I needed my money back immediately. As of to-date, I have not heard anything from this company, nor have I received my money back. I have made numerous phone calls and the office number still rings constantly busy. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta and I am contacting the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission. I talked with the Atlanta Police Department and my local authorities and they referred me to Civil Court. Please help! I need my honest money back. Thank you.
