Pogo gets my yearly membership. They get all the gems I purchase. It is my addiction. I have been attempting to use their help system several times a day. It doesn't work. They are great at taking my money. They are horrible about helping with an issue. It is simple actually. I simply want a badge removed. They can keep the gems. They did this for my mom but seem to refuse to help me. For what reason I don't know. I don't even get a response. I have tried the help, I have tried the editor email. Not sure where else to go.
