Pogo Took My Gems Claiming I Am Not Registered in USA

I have been a member for over 7 years and I have paid for extra gems to buy games and now they have taken away all my gems because they are telling me I am not registered in the USA and there is no place where I can submit my problem. I have spent hours trying. They took my money but gave me nothing in return.
