What happens when healthcare reform fails

Awful, dreadful service at the "service" center.inflexible, unfriendly... The only thing they can do right is keep you on the line for 20 additional seconds after they have not helped you, thanking you for using them and wasting your time asking what else they can't help you with after they haven't helped in the first place!

They have it set up so you can't go elsewhere, you can't overnight them anything, you do business through a PO Box so you don't even know where they are.
