Awful customer service. The website is very limited and not user friendly. Their policy is that the customer is always wrong and doesn't know what they are talking about. If you complain, the most you will get is a form letter saying customer service is a priority but the same issues happen over and over and over without apology or improvement. I know any business can have a bad day, but so far I have had Caremark coverage for 2 years and not once have I had a positive experience. I look forward to my employer moving to another provider. With any luck, Caremark will either go under or get bought out by a competitor that actually knows how to care for customers.
