Absolute scammers!!! From the technician that came out to do service (giovanni), to customer service (ana), all the way to the owner, mason biumand.

I called them to come give me an estimate on repairing my a/c unit, next thing i know - technician tells me the entire unit needs to be replaced and also that my current unit was undersized and i needed a much bigger unit... in desperation as the a/c was out on the weekend, i agreed to have installation done, they never showed up for the install. I spent 3 days trying to contact the 800 number, the local office and the technician's cell phone... No one would return my calls, when i finally managed to get a hold of someone to cancel the service they said they would charge me 35% of the $4500 they had already charged on my credit card!!! This was a major scam from the begining!!! Called several other companies to give me estimates and none of them quoted me all the stuff these guys did!!!
