I shipped a package December 8 from Amarillo to Dallas. The package got there okay but the option to deliver from 5pm to 9 pm is something that I specifically asked for. It is checked on my receipt. When I looked it up online the package was left at the front door at 12:32 pm. Why is this an option if no one is going to pay any attention to it? I wanted my grandson to sign for it since it was his Christmas present.
