I ordered from ad stating “Claim your sample today” 8/27 Paid the Shipping $2.95and received 9/10, and then they billed my account 9/15 for $89.98. The phone number was not working to contact them. I have emailed them this note:
“Your misleading ad, as I thought I was ordering a sample and only had to pay shipping. If I liked your product I would reorder myself.instead you automatically take money from my account and say I ordered it. I did NOT order and I am reporting you to BBB, and my bank. I also tried to call your company on the cancel line and it dose not work and To whom it may concern:
has been disconnected. (SCAM).
This is a scam and I feel very fraudulent. You cause people not to order on the internet.
You have been very deceitful in placing your ad and terms.
