Ordered the trial Allu product - paid shipping only - SCAM is not the word for this company... Sent e-mail within trial period & received a "maildemon" report it was rejected. On Jan. 30 I was sent another jar of Allu with a charge of $89.98... Called customer service and returned the box that day; however, on my Visa statement I was charged the full price for the first shipment dated 12/27. This company is not recognized by the BBB, therefore, we should get together and put in motion a class action suit against allu skin care.
