I ordered what I thought was advertised as a "FREE SAMPLE" of this skincare lotion. I was sent a bottle. Then I was send another bottle. I never was sent anything in the mail or email to indicate that Internet

I saw a "Free Sample" skincare product in a television commercial and online. I thought well, what do I have to lose? I went online and ordered what I thought would be the advertised "Free Sample." I was sent a bottle and I thought that would be it. Then without any additional order or communication to the company, I was sent another order.

I thought well, maybe they sent me a second bottle by mistake. I didn't think anything else about it until I looked at my bank account. I saw that I had been charged $89.90 for the bottle that I never ordered. I filed a complaint with my bank who returned the money. They then contacted the company who sent their "verification of my order" back.

Remember, I never had any communication, shipping information, or confirmation or shipment from them after my initial request for a "Free Sample." They are disputing my claim and showed paperwork that I never saw. Since I NEVER ordered the second sample, I did not think I should pay an additional shipping cost to send it back. They are saying that I signed up for a monthly delivery of this product.

I did not sign up for anything but a free sample. Do Not Order Anything from this company. They are a scam! The person involved with them also is "Kimberly Snyder" and I would recommend you not buy anything from her site either. Her website is: http://www.kimberlysnyder.net/blog/about/. I do not know how these people sleep at night ripping people off. $89.90! I never, ever would have paid for that!!!
