Phone Price Increased and Refund Refused After Returned Item

I was searching for a phone and I liked one. It was suppose to be 65 dollars but they charge me over 100 then when I wanted to buy it I couldn't bc I didn't have pay pal. Then I was chatting wl julie and she was helping me, I filled out all the info with my credit card that was the mistake I made. The phone was so bad and I wanted a refund of my money I send three emails and I returned the phone to them and they still didn't give me my money back. Horrible website
