Horrible wesley flowers

Hello ppl if you dont want your money shop at wesley flowers. They are horrible will take your money and never care. I wanted deliver flowers to my husband brooklyn ny. I paid express for it didnt get deliver on time not only that but also next day i spoke to driver said doesnt know adress didnt listen me to give direction and said im not doing this delivery i also have no gas in my car. Oh really than dont do this job than. If ure not able to. I calld back company wanted speak to supervisor they took my info no one got back to me. Horrible horrible horrible. I got crazy calling and wanted know what happend they took a lot of time out of me holding and holding on phone and still issue not resolved. After 3 days spoke to menager and didnt get refund all my money but part of it. I hate that company made me go nuts 3 days didnt know what happend with my flowers. Even if they were the last flowers company in world i would never order from them again... They suck booooooooooooo...
