As others that i have read up on. Chris asked for green dot card and i was approved for 1500.00. Then i get a call from Chris asking that i pay an additional 149.00, immediately i said i do not want the loan, i want my 180.00 back because i needed the money for my light bill before it would get cut off. I kept calling, no answer, or busy and when i would get through, i was told it would take 21 days to get my check. I called today 8/18 and the supervisor of chris is telling me the 180.00 is on hold until i pay another 149.00 or 110.00. I argued with him and explained that the reason for loan is because i needed help and now i am in more debt because lights did go off, i had to borrow from a friend to pay light bill and now i cannot get my 180.00. I told him it is not right what they are doing to honest, working people, that trust them to help us. He said give him 15 min. And he would see what he could do. Of course here it is 15 min. And nothing.
