Chris Rene PayDay Loan Debt

This afternoon I received a call from Chris Rene at Prestige Consolidation (phone number 631-935-1046). He began by telling me all of my personal information, and then told me that I owed a PayDay Loan Company $155 today, and that if I did not pay today the interest would double to 319% and he would send it to my local court house to have me prosecuted. I asked him to send me documentation of this debt and he said "Are you deaf?" and then said "I wish you luck, you will be receiving court papers within the next 48 hours."

In my opinion, this is a fraudulent company. If this was truly a debt of mine that needed to be taken care of, they would have no problem sending me paperwork or some documentation about it. He refused to send anything. I hope that other people see this before they get to them and try an try to force them to pay for something without showing documentation that they really do owe it.
