Same as another against this phone number. He had an apartment for rent in Winnipeg, MB. I got the listing from www.rentershotline.com. Seemed to be a good deal. Ultimately, he wanted me to send $900 via Western Union (and don't tell them what its for) and he'd send the keys & contract along in 2 - 3 days. Fortunately, I saw through the ruse before I sent $. He did call me to ask me to explain why I wouldn't send $. I hung up, but retained the number from which he called. This phone # matches numerous scams of all sorts.
