I Purchased a lounge on the 19th of july in a layby and paid the layby off on the 21 August pine discount store bunbury i was told that i would have to wait a max of 8 weeks to get my purchase, and now on top of the waiting i have already done they are telling i am going to have to wait another 10 weeks they have told me i cant get a refund but have offered me lounge that is 400 more of which i cant afford and i am very frustrated by the whole expereince they have been very un helpful tehy never follow up when they say they will and i have had no lounge and have been sitting on the floor since july i also find the staff very rude i dont know were i stand or if i can do anything about it but alls i want is what i have paid for and just want to know were i stand thanks so much for your help
