Rick, owner I bought a chase lounge, wanted to send bk, they would not take it back, so ordered recliner and it has been three weeks with excuses for not delivering and out $749.00!

I purchased a chaise lounge and it took over a mo. To deliver, and found it not to be what I wanted as it was to large for my living space. I wanted my money back, $600.00, and Rick said no, he could nt refund my money, so I ask if I could get a recliner for the same price and he agreed.

I ended up getting a larger one for an add'l $100 plus del. Charge of $49.00 and it has been almost a mo and they keep making excuses why I do not have my chair. I did say, you have by Tuesday or else I will file a complaint with the civil court. They say it will be here. If not, I will have to do something to get my money back if they are not going to deliver the chair and pickup the lounge! So I am out total $749.00.
