Do not do business with them

PNC was not willing to least lower the $50.90 finance charge (for being one day late despite having a good payment history) by something small to show that they were interested in keeping me as a customer - even something as low at $20. Very bad customer service. PNC has proved to me that are only interested in making money, paying big fat bonuses to their executives, and not about understanding that this economy has been very tough on the average consumer. I would highly recommend not doing business with pnc bank.
