I know I'm not unique in being treated this way since I've seen other reviews on the web where ChatandVision did the same thing.

Two weeks ago I ordered some Shure SE535 Headphones from this company. Immediately after charging my debit card for the purchase, ChatandVision's customer service emailed me and said that they couldn't complete the transaction until I sent them a copy of my credit card and a utility bill.

I wasn't interested in sending them such confidential information, especially since this was the only time I've ever been asked for this sort of thing, and asked for a refund. Now it's five days later and I haven't seen any sort of refund.

My suspicion is that ChatandVision makes money in this way, similar to how banks make money by taking several days to process checks or money transfers. I do hope to get a refund eventually, but this is simply unacceptable.
