Feb 16th: Placed order online for an SLR Digital Camera for £426.99. Delivery should have been 3 - 10 days later.

March 16th: Despite several telephone calls/emails I never recieved the order, order was 'still processing'. Cancelled order and asked for a refund.

As of today (May 1st): Still not recieved refund!

I am absolutely gutted because usually I google companys before buying from them to see what reviews there are, but this time I didn't.

Spoke to Skype but they couldn't help me either.

Do not order from this company.

I am now in the process of sending all correspondance to my bank to see if they can credit my account through the credit card company.
