Double charged for order placed online

I went online to order ONE stickybuddy. I was VERY careful on each page with additional offers to click on "NO THANKS"... When I submitted payment and shipping info, THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION PAGE of charges before the order was processed as complete, and for twice what I ordered! This appears to me to be a deliberate practice to get more money out of the consumer than they plan to spend.in other words I was deliberately scammed by telebrands. I can think of no other reason for a company skipping the usual and traditional final page of charges the customer can review for accuracy and correctness BEFORE the order goes through. Next I tried to call the "800" number noted on the website and got a recording saying this number no longer in service. I then searched the website and found a customer service number only open m-f 9-5... Of course. (this is a weekend)... Next I went to the check your order site, where my order wasn't noted yet; however it is clear that that site is only to see status of order, not to deal with mistakes and customer's problems with the order. I can understand that companies may make mistakes with orders without intending to. It seems VERY clear to me that this was an intentional method telebrand is using to fraudulently get more money out of the consumer. And not only telebrand... There has been this trend toward making ordering more and more confusing with many many different offers being added on, while at the same time making it harder and harder for the customer to find out how to contact customer service or actually get in touch with someone who can correct any mistakes. This is too bad because it means I will no longer feel comfortable placing orders online. I know that because of these practices

Telebrands will be losing as many customers as it's scams are earning them more money. Their greed will become more and more of a problem as their reputation worsens until they lose massive numbers of former customers.
I would be happy to have telebrands rectify this problem, but won't be expecting that outcome.
