Telebrands is a scam. Completing the order online there is no way to hit a back button and no page at the end that shows you the order before the sale is final. That's wrong. Second, the company got my address and my phone # wrong. My order was placed Nov 8 and by Dec 12 I still had not recieved it so I called them and that is when I found out about the address and phone number. Anyhow, it is still in the warehouse being processed and there is no way to cancel my order. Urg, I'm so mad!!! Don't ever deal with them. If you really want a product see if it shows up at Showcase. The As Seen On TV store. Let's hope my shed pal works...
